We are called by God to lead skillfully, but that takes both knowledge and practice. Leading a good discussion is both a skill and an artform that requires continual practice and personal assessment. We discuss how asking questions is the way Jesus leads others and how we can emulate that in our lives. Pastor Mike discusses the Socratic method and why this is key to being an effective leader and helping others have epiphanies about God and His Word.
